Position: Field Rep – 2 Positions

Wasoko is looking for a Field Rep to work closely with our customers, the field Rep will be responsible for acquiring new customers and reactivating inactive customers.

Reporting to the Branch Sales Manager.

Location: Mwanza

Requirements:

● Proven experience in field sales.

● Able to multitask.

● Able to relate with customers and solve their issues.

● Smartphone and computer literate.

● Ability to follow established procedures and practices and read the instructions.

● Good communication skills.

● Good problem-solving skills

● Go to the field every day to recruit new customers

● Drive revenue and customer retention through customer relationship management

● Assist the delivery agents on customer order generation, as well as customer experience management.

● Help our customers navigate both our product portfolio and services

● Drive customer satisfaction, through effectively solving their complaints.
