Responsibilities




  • Adherence to company’s defined Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
  • Routine review Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for best Industry practices and efficiency
  • Builds market position by LOCATING, DEVELOPING, DEFINING, NEGOCIATING, and CLOSING business relationships
  • Staffing, coaching, mentoring, and evaluating team members to ensure an effective and efficient team is prepared for Sales and Marketing
  • Tailor scope of work for the operations and technical teams to perform for managed services for each customer as it will be unique.
  • Preparing and/or scrutinizing each proposal, tenders, RFP responses send to customers ensuring solution, cost and quality are met to superior standard
  • Customer advisory services ensuring compliance to IT standards
  • Coordinating with internal staff to build and design system integration and other solutions for customer needs
  • Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements, tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering, and exploring opportunities

  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments
  • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners’ needs and goals
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts;integrating contract requirements with business operations
  • Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Preparing customer contracts and ensuring compliance to IT standards
  • Risk assessment for the Sales and Marketing department




Knowledge and Experience

    • Minimum Masters in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent experience, certifications, and training.
    • 8 plus years professional working experience in similar enterprise environment
    • Market Knowledge for Terrestrial & Satellite based networks, System Integration and Data Centers
    • Presentation Skills with good command of English
    • Self-Motivated, capable to enhance team energy level
    • Meeting Sales Goals
    • Willing to travel places especially in African countries
