Airtel Tanzania PLC wishes to recruit for a KYC Support Agent. The role reports to the KYC Manager in Customer Experience Director Department. The Incumbent will be responsible to Support on all KYC Escalated Issues from Trade (Sales) received through Email or WhatsApp and Quality Checking on New GA so as to have 100% compliance on New Activations. Validation of documents for all new on boarded Team Leaders, Airtel Money Branches Agent and Freelancers so as to Comply with the Regulator requirements.

The Role Holder duties will include but not limited to:

Timely Back-end Support and Compliance for all KYC issues Received from Trade;

  • Supporting All Kyc escalated issues from Trade through Helpdesk and WhatsApp
  • Daily Quality Check of new GA after validation with the Backend Team on Case Management
  • Validation of all documents uploaded on Case management for Team Leader, AMBs and Freelancers

Academic and Qualifications and Experience:

  • University degree or equivalent in Business Administration.
  • 1-year minimum experience in KYC
